About project
The Hypercube is the very first building in the Skolkovo innovation center territory. It is the very place where the formation principles of the
eco-system, embedded in the creation philosophy
of Skolkovo itself, are being tested.
From the first day of its work the Hypercube has been a center of the “Skolkovo” project – its test bench, where information, economic, engineering, urban and organizational models of the innovation City management are being tested.
The Hypercube’s construction is based on the “4E” principals: Energy efficiency, Environmental friendliness, Ergonomics and cost Effectiveness. The building is connected only to the power supply system. All the other types of supplies are selfsupported: autonomous heating system, water
supply from an artesian well, water purification system and its reuse for irrigation.
