About project
The new INTERCONTINENTAL MOSCOW TVERSKAYA Hotel & Office Centre, belonging
to one of the biggest five-star hotel networks,replaced the former Minsk Hotel, situated in Tverskaya Str., the main street of Moscow.
A complex interweaving of underground utilities and subway lines in this area of Moscow, active car and pedestrian traffic – these were all a real
background of the task we faced ourselves with,including levels reaching a depth of 25 meters and the requirement to restore historical part of the
facade, being an architectural heritage.
The INTERCONTINENTAL MOSCOW TVERSKAYA Hotel was not only renovated, but also rebuilt all over again. It has met the requirements of modern engineering and has fit into the historically established scenery of the main city street. We used only high-quality materials delivered from all over the world for the hotel interiors.
