About project
PSP-FARMAN Holding implemented the idea of constructing new housing estate for the middle class, with about 300,000 m² dedicated to modern apartments and the rest of about 80,000 m² dedicated to infrastructure objects.
Such proportion of areas, having 1m² of infrastructure for every 3m² of apartment, was not used even when construction of elite residential areas.
We introduced a product of new quality to the Russian housing market.
